Welcome to Momentum, where the focus is on a challenging ride inspired by the best playlists around. We don’t distract you with weights, jumps or pushups – we’re all about technique, form, endurance, and speed. At Momentum, you build core strength, lung capacity and VO2 Max, and you have fun while doing it.
Classes are 45-90 minutes and are designed to burn 500-1200 calories. The fun factor comes from our high-energy instructors, high-beat music, and friendly community.
For full-body conditioning, our off- bike classes offer a unique fusion of exercise modalities, intensities and sequencing for a total body workout. These classes use body weight, balls, bands, and hand weights, blending high intensity exercises, flow yoga and Pilates in one inclusive practice. Each class is different, balanced and challenging, focusing on improving core stability, building muscle endurance, and achieving results. Our signature playlists keep you motivated. Our instructors are experienced coaches providing true inspiration.
